Hunt for armed and dangerous quadruple amputee, 30, 'who killed his parents and then went on the run in Florida'

A married couple in their 60s were found shot dead in their Orlando, Florida home and now local authorities are searching for their 30-year-old quadruple amputee son as a person of interest in their 'suspicious' deaths.

The bodies of Michael and Nancy Petrozzino, 63 and 64, were discovered Tuesday morning, after the principal at the elementary school where Mrs Petrozzino taught second grade called 911 when she didn't show up for work.

Soon after making the gruesome discovery, the Orange County Sheriff's Office held a press conference, asking about the whereabouts of the couple's son Sean Petrozzino, 30.

They say he may be driving a red Toyota with a license plate number of 112VZY, which neighbors say is his father's car.

Sean Petrozzino has not yet been named as a suspect in the case, but police have named him a person of interest and believe he is armed and dangerous and possibly headed to south Florida.

Sean and his great Dane moved back in with his parents last week after separating from his wife. The former couple's home in Georgia is allegedly in foreclosure.

Sean is also a quadruple amputee after a teenage bout with bacterial meningitis. In 2000, he underwent 13 surgeries to remove the infection which resulted in the loss of both his legs and he only has part of one hand left. He is able to walk with the use of prosthetic limbs.

'I've known Sean since he was 16 years old,' mother in law Cathleen Horne told the Sentinel. 'This just seems bizarre. It seems like a bad dream.'

'We met Sean about a week-and-a-half ago,' neighbor Richard Ellwood told My Fox Orlando. 'He was introduced to me by Nancy as their son.'

Mr Ellwood went on to describe the couple as nice people who had lived in the neighborhood for several years.

'It's difficult to imagine someone who would have that much rage, whoever did this,' he told WKMG.

Before their deaths, Mr Petrozzino worked at Walt Disney World and his wife worked as a teacher at Andover Elementary School.

Anyone with information about the son's whereabouts are being asked to call a Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.

The Orlando Sentinel spoke to Jerry L. Saunders of ABC Prosthetics and Orthotics, who verified that handless people indeed have the ability to fire a weapon.

It's also known that Sean Petrozzino is able to manage other finer tasks such as using an ATM.

Police verified this late Wednesday when they released surveillance footage of Petrozzino as he used an Orlando cash machine on Tuesday, most likely after his parents were slain.

What's more, police are searching for Petrozzino as he's thought to potentially be on his way to South Florida and behind the wheel of his father's red Toyota.

Police have released stomach-turning video taken from inside the disgusting home of accused North Carolina 'Satanist killer' Pazuza Algarad.

Inside the Clemmons house, behind which police uncovered two long-dead bodies from a shallow grave last month, is a virtual sea of trash, animal feces and other putrescence within walls utterly covered in pentagrams and depictions of the Devil.

The squalid scene lay behind a door covered in skulls and arcane symbols. Otherwise, the ranch-style brick home suggests none of the horrors police say took place inside and which date back as far as 2009.

Disturbing look inside devil-worshipper Pazuzu Algarad's home

Early this past October, police dug two bodies out from the yard behind the home 35-year-old Algarad shared with his Satanist mother Cynthia Lawson and his self-proclaimed wife Amber Burch, 24.

The first victim has been identified as 37-year-old Joshua Fredrick Wetzler while the second victim has been named as Tommy Dean Welch, 36.

Police say they wound up dead and buried in the yard in 2009.

Algarad was arrested and charged with murder October 5 after the two bodies were discovered at the house in Clemmons where neighbors say he has performed animal sacrifices and satanic rituals.

A friend claims that he had 'told everyone' about the bodies, but nobody believed him, and he described how he killed them, ate part of them and then burned the rest in a fire pit.

Burch was also charged with murder, while 28-year-old Krystal Nicole Matlock has been charged as an accessory with police alleging that she helped bury the bodies.

Police have said they also found animal bones in the property and that more arrests as part of the investigation are possible.

After the trio were detained, Forsyth District Judge Gordon Miller assigned capital defenders to represent them.

Miller told them that if convicted, they could receive life in prison without the possibility of parole or the death penalty. They are set to appear in court on October 23.

On the front door of the house where the skeletal remains were found was a sign warning law-enforcement not to enter.

It reads: 'No gang members allowed: anyone that dresses the same, has the same badge and call themselves the authority of the land they did not create. Below and to the right is a picture of a skull and cross bones.

Under that picture are the words, 'Evil will triumph'.

According to the Winston-Salem Journal, Algarad was born in San Francisco, California, as John Lawson, but dropped out of high school, became a drug dealer.

His mother Cynthia Lawson, who is also a Satanist, changed his name to Pazuzu - after the devil that possessed the girl in the film The Exorcis - and claimed it was of Iraqi descent.

His tongue was split down the middle like a snake and he allegedly filed down his teeth to sharpen them.

In 2010, Algarad was convicted on a charge of accessory after the fact in the shooting death of 30-year-old Joseph Chandler.

Chandler's body was found near a river by police after his mother reported him missing that morning.

According to state records, Algarad was on probation at the time the bodies were found.

Bianca Heath claimed she lived with Algarad for a month in 2005, and that he had spoken of the bones in his back yard.

She told The Huffington Post: 'Paz told everyone. But I never believed him. I'm sure no one else believed him either. He laughed about the skeletal remains when telling the story on why he did what he did.'

Heath said Algarad told her he picked up two prostitutes at two separate locations before he killed and ate them, burning the remains in a fire pit before burying the rest.

In 2011, Burch was accused of slapping Algarad's mother in the face and attempting to choke her.

She is described as Algarad's wife on Facebook, but authorities have said there is no legal document to suggest they are together.

EU chief Jean-Claude Juncker has ridiculed David Cameron’s failures in Brussels – and declared he was ‘not frightened’ of facing him down.

The Commission president said he was ‘not the type who trembles in front of prime ministers’ and warned Mr Cameron that he had ‘a problem’ with other EU leaders.

Mr Juncker’s remarks come as Mr Cameron battles to reduce the £1.7billion surcharge demanded by the EU to cover years of strong economic growth in the UK while Europe struggled.

The Prime Minister was stung last month after the budget demand was leaked during a Brussels summit.

When Rosamere Fernanda de Andrade held her newborn baby daughter, she assumed there had been a terrible mistake as while she was black, her child had white skin, blonde hair and blue eyes.

Ms de Andrade and her then husband Joao, are both African Brazilian, but their first daughter suffered from the rare genetic condition, albinism.

Ruth, who is now 14, was born without any skin pigment and looked considerably different to her parents.

Since having her first child, Ms de Andrade, 31, has given birth to two other albino children as well as three who are black.

Ms de Andrade said the difference between her family is so vast that she is often mistaken for the albino children's nanny.

The mother-of-six from Recife, Brazil said: 'When I am with my children I get strange looks because we look so different.

'Once I was leaving a shopping centre with Ruth and Estefani and a security guard asked where their mother was.

'It used to make me angry but I am learning people need educating about what albinism is.'

However, Ms de Andrade's biggest worry is how albinism will affect kids Ruth, 14, Estefani, 12, and Kauan, nine.

The condition is characterised by the absence of pigment in the skin, hair and eyes - which leaves sufferers exposed to a range of afflictions.

The youngsters are so sensitive to sunlight that they need factor 100 sun block every two hours - and not allowed to play outside in the middle of the day.

She said she wanted to help people to understand about the incredibly rare condition

Ms de Andrade and her ex husband both carried the albino gene which was passed to three of their children

Ms de Andrade, who is also mother to Joao, 13, Rebeca, five and Maria, two, who are black, said: 'Having children with this condition poses so many difficulties.

'I'm terrified they will develop skin cancer because they have no natural protection from the sun.

'I need to monitor them constantly to make sure they aren't burning and worry about what damage has already been done.'

Ms de Andrade was shocked when she gave birth to first child, Ruth, at age 18, with ex-husband, Alexandrino Barbosa de Sobral, 63.

She said: 'I thought someone was playing a trick on me and had switched my baby with a white family's.'

And after returning to their village in a poor part of Recife, Brazil, Ms de Andrade struggled with the way friends and neighbors reacted to her baby.

She said she is particularly scared that they may develop skin cancer because of their lack of pigment

She said: 'The neighbours began making comments about Ruth, asking if she was diseased.

'They even suggested Joao wasn't the father and I had been with someone else. It made me angry.'

It wasn't until Ms de Andrade gave birth to her second child with albinism, Stefani, one year later that she could put her mind to rest.

'The doctors explained that both Joao and I must carry a gene for albinism and so each time we had a child there was a one in four chance the child would have it,' she said.

By the time Ruth has seven, Ms de Andrade began to notice how the condition was beginning to affect her children.

She said: 'I started noticing how red Ruth and Estefani became after being outside. Later they would cry because of the pain of being burnt.

'I felt helpless because I didn't know what to do.'

Worryingly, Ms de Andrade recalls how on occasions the children's skin would become so damaged by the sun it would bubble.

Ms de Andrade said it could only take a few minutes in the sun for her children's skin to bubble dangerously

She said she wants to educate her own children and the public about albinism

She said: 'It can happen so quickly when the sun is fierce. Now I know not to let them into the sun after 10am.

'If they have to leave the house I make sure they wear long sleeves, hats and plenty of sunscreen.'

Esthefane said: 'We are like prisoners, we have to stay inside all the time in the summer. We can't play games like the others. We are like vampires.'

Ms de Andrade, who lives with partner Robenilson, 37, who is father to Maria, knows there's a chance any of her children could have albino babies of their own.

But with the help of doctors she now knows how to manage the condition and will be able to educate her own children in how to care for theirs.

She said: 'I would feel like a normal grandmother and accept my grandchildren as I accepted my children.

'The doctor explained everything to me.

'I will constantly apply sunscreen on their skin and I'll also try to let them play mainly in the night.'

President Barack Obama came out swinging on Wednesday just 14 hours after a Republican wave swept over the U.S. Congress in an election that largely repudiated his policies.

'Congress will pass some bills I cannot sign,' he said, threatening to dust off a veto pen that he has used only twice in nearly six years.

And he hinted at executive orders that will enrage conservatives.

'I'm pretty sure I'll take some actions that some in Congress will not like,' he said. 'That's natural. That's how Democracy works.'

Much of reporters' tussling with the president focused on executive orders related to immigration reform – what some tea party Republicans call an 'amnesty' – which he plans to implement this year.

He acknowledged that the GOP won Tuesday's elections, but framed the results as a mandate for Republicans to work with him, instead of the other way around.

'Obviously the Republicans had a good night,' he said.

But he said he would principally work with them 'if there are ideas that the Republicans have that I am confident will make things better for ordinary Americans.'

'I want to just see what works,' he said.

'The American people sent a message,' he claimed, 'one that they've sent for several elections now.'

'They expect the people they elect to work as hard as they do. They expect us to focus on their ambitions, and not ours.'

He then rattled off a list of economic indicators that he said buttressed his case that Republicans should accept his point of view.

'More Americans are working. Unemployment has come down,' he claimed, glossing over the part-time employment shift that the Obamacare law's employer mandate has ushered in.

'Our economy is outpacing most of the world. But we've just gotta keep at it. Much of that will take action from Congress. And I'm eager to work with the next Congress.'

He cited infrastructure building projects and international trade as areas where he thought his agenda overlaps with the GOP's.

Responding to hot-button questions about the fate of Obamacare in the age of a Republican Congress, the president didn't budge.

He said he would only work with Republicans if they seek to 'make responsible changes' to the law. 'I'm going to be very receptive to hearing those ideas.'

'Despite all the contention,' Obama claimed, 'we now know that the law works.'

And he pledged to avoid last year's chronic website snafus the next time around.

'We're really making sure the website works super well before the next open enrollment period,' he said. 'We're double- and triple'checking it.'

Addressing his relationship with the new Senate majority leader, Obama chuckled at a question about whether he might sit down with him for a drink.

'I would enjoy having some Kentucky bourbon with Mitch McConnell,' the president said.

'He has always been very straightforward with me. To his credit, he has never made a promise that he couldn't deliver. And he knows the legislative process well. He obviously know his caucus well.'

'What I'm not gonna do is just wait,' Obama said, pledging to take executive action on immigration by year's end

McConnell, he told reporters, has 'always given me realistic assessments of what he can get through his caucus and what he can't, so I think we can have a productive relationship.'

Obama also announced that he has sent Congress a funding request for $6.18 billion in new funds to fight the Ebola crisis at home and in Africa.

And he surprised many by saying he would ask Congress for a new Authorization for Use of Military Force to help him prosecute a flagging war against the self-described Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), the terror army that has slaughtered indiscriminately in its quest for a regional caliphate.

The move is a 180-degree turn from he administration's previous position that a George W. Bush-era congressional permission slip was more than adequate to deal with turmoil in Iraq and Syria.

'We now have a different type of enemy,' Obama said Wednesday, echoing Republicans' objections months ago. 'The strategy is different.'

''It makes sense for us to make sure that the authorization from Congress reflects what we perceive to be not just out strategy over the next two to three months,' he said, but also our strategy moving forward.

The president also challenged the lame-duck Congress, with a Senate still run by the election-wounded Nevada Democrat Harry Reid, to 'pass a budget for the rest of the fiscal year' in just five weeks, and to do it in a 'bipartisan, drama-free way.'

And he didn't budge on immigration, despite the second midterm election shellacking of his presidency.

'I have consistently said that it is my profound preference and interest to see Congress act on a comprehensive immigration reform bill,' Obama said.

That sort of bill passed the Senate in 2013 but was dead on arrival in the House.

With a larger Republican majority in the House and a newly minted Senate majority as well, that plan seems even less likely to succeed now.

Obama pledged to 'do everything I can in my executive authority' to take 'whatever lawful actions that I can take that I believe will improve our immigration system.'

And he dared the GOP to see things his way.

Executive orders, he said, 'will be replaced and supplanted by a bill from Congress.'

'You send me a bill that I can sign and those executive actions go away.

But he cautioned: 'What I'm not gonna do is just wait.'
